Indicazioni di utilizzo
– Preferire l’ascolto in cuffia, volume basso. -Durata ideale: 10–45 minuti. – Posizione comoda, respirazione consapevole. – Meglio in un ambiente tranquillo a bassa illuminazione.
Per i bambini iperattivi, proporre ascolti brevi (5–10 min) + movimento lento guidato.
